Especially For Cake: Sydney, Australia; With an artistic flair and a keen eye for detail, as well as a love of baking, it was inevitable that I would start to spend more time experimenting once I became a SAHM. This blog is to document my journey through my initial self taught butter cream skills to the great nifty new techniques I am learning through attending various courses. Butter cream and fondant are fast becoming my specialities in the cake department, and as you can see on this blog, no request is too much of a challenge! I’ve also started filling orders for cookies and cakepops – these are great alternatives to cupcakes for kids pre-school birthday treats or even instead of a traditional birthday cake!
