Holy Communion Dolly Varden
I made this Dolly Varden for my beautiful niece for her 1st Holy Communion.
It was a white chocolate mud cake with strawberry frosting and fondant.
I was quite pleased with the way it turned out.
A 50th M!
To celebrate Margaret's 50th Birthday I made a 2 layer white chocolate and milk chocolate mud M cake.
This was my very 1st attempt of covering with fondant. I dont think it turned out too bad.
I have had some volunteers to practise on so I will keep cooking away!
